Partial waiver of the performance fee rate for JPMorgan Funds - Europe Research Enhanced Index Equity Fund

From 1 July 2016 the Management Company introduced a partial waiver on the performance fee rate charged on JPMorgan Funds – Europe Research Enhanced Index Equity Fund by reducing the performance fee rate from 20% to 10%.

This will not change the way in which the Sub-Fund is managed.
