Removal of References to Investment Horizons in JPMorgan Investment Funds prospectus with effect from 30 September 2016

Investors in JPMorgan Investment Funds should note that the “Investor Profile” section of each sub-fund of the prospectus has been amended to remove the reference to the investment horizon of investors subscribing into the relevant sub-fund. These references have been replaced with the statement that investment in all sub-funds (excluding any short-term money market funds or money market funds) should be regarded as a long-term investment. This does not impact the way the sub-funds are managed or the conditions under which the investors have subscribed into the sub-funds.
