Removal of References to Investment Horizons in JPMorgan Funds prospectus with effect from 30 September 2016

Investors in JPMorgan Funds should note that the “Investor Profile” section of each sub-fund of the prospectus has been amended to remove the reference to the investment horizon of investors subscribing into the relevant sub-fund. These references have been replaced with the statement that investment in all sub-funds (excluding any short-term money market funds or money market funds) should be regarded as a long-term investment. This does not impact the way the sub-funds are managed or the conditions under which the investors have subscribed into the sub-funds.
